DiM’s Referral Program

DiM offers a competitive referral program. We offer a 20% discount off of website design and development services upon a successful referral. Offer valid per referral for a single website project (see Terms and Conditions below).

A successful referral is defined as a referral that leads to a signed contract between DiM and referee signing on for DiM’s services.

There are as with many things, terms and rules for qualifying for a 20% discount. Please read on below for the terms and conditions.

For the purposes of the terms and conditions listed below Client A will indicate to original Digital icon Media client referring a new client. Client B is the client referred by Client A.

1. The 20% referral bonus is only applicable for website design and development services attained by Client A to Client A from Digital icon Media.
2. The offer is valid for one project per referral.
3. Applicable projects are:
   1. an existing website update,
   2. a new website design,
   3. the annual hosting fee,
   4. transfer and setup of an existing website
      • This does not include any technical / functional updates that exceed 5 hours of effort
4. Other services attained by Client A may qualify for a 10% discount. Qualification will be assessed on a case by case basis.
5. Discounts will not be applied until Client B signs on and pays Digital icon Media for their website design and development services. At which time Client A will be credited a 20% future discount which can be used towards a future website updates and/or website maintenance hours and/or web hosting. Client A will be given the opportunity to choose when to apply the credit. Credit is valid for 2 years from the time it is activated.
6. In order for Client A to qualify for this referral discount, the services acquired by Client B must amount to the same amount as Client A‘s services or less by no more than 20%.
7. Only one 20% discount may be applied per single project for Client A, regardless of the number of referrals provided.
8. Each referral will yield a 20% discount to be applied as indicated above, but cannot be combined with any other offers.
